Has worked with and created local and global delivery- and business models. Has during four years worked intensively with result oriented processes and balanced scorecards such as QEEP (winner of the "konsulentprisen 2005" for most effective model).
Understanding of mechanisms
Has a physiological understanding and the ability to coach and control creative processes. Has recruited and established teams of coworkers, work groupings and company groupings. Har psykologisk forståelse og evner at coache og styre kreative processer. Worked with globalization during six years and has a great knowledge of the cultural mechanism that exist between both people and organizations.
