Jesper Kring is the driving force behind the outsourcing of IT to India and is now in the process of establishing the same possibilities in the Ukraine. His company KRING Technologies, which is the fourth enterprise with the KRING name, has 110 developers in India who work with global project and customers.
"Global outsourcing gives companies an increased competitive advantage and we assure that our clients, large or small, gain the easiest access and added value when they want to explore these possibilities," says Jesper Kring. He started by buying his father's ailing office supply company in Western Zealand and quickly managed to turn in from prospective bankruptcy to competitiveness. When the photocopying machine was replaced by the printer, Jesper established a company with the solutions, and when the internet gave global possibilities, Jesper Kring added a consultancy firm specializing in internet solutions. And finally outsourcing was added which became a solid success. KRING's four companies now have a combined revenue exceeding DKK 70 million.
He has always taken part in debates and has several times managed to redefine the office supply industry with his opinions and long term ideas. In the spirit of globalization, he has just published his first issue of the magazine Global Source for everyone that is interested in global development.
"Jesper is best when existing paradigms have to be broken and defined in results oriented breakthroughs. He innovative and a visionary and is therefore always aware of new possibilities. In a time where we in Denmark often talk about the lack of entrepreneurship, he is a shining example of the fact that it is possible to establish a global company in Denmark," says partner Lars Møller from the consultancy QEEP AS.
